I’ll get straight to the point, I did not meet my weight goal from my previous post.

My birthday is tomorrow and I am still sitting at the same weight.

Am I dissapointed? Of Course I am.

Will this stop my journey? Heck No!

Main issues

I fully understand the issue I am having or had during this time was due to two things.

  1. Food eating habits
  2. Stress

These are not excuses whatsoever.

However, they are the reason I did not get around my plateau.

As a parent, son and main caretaker of my family. Many things happened that were out of my control during the past 6 months.

We call that life.

So what’s next?

We will not give up, because failing is not option. We will reroute and find another way.

If you are reading this and you have hit a block in your goals. Just remember, there is always an alternative route.

You just have to find it.
