Billy, Aaron and I get together again for episode 2 of Season 3. We talk about being leaders and what that entails. Some time has passed since the Leadership blog post from before.

I randomly throw this topic at Billy and Aaron since all three of us have been managers and use leadership every day.

Billy goes into his past and speaks about when he used to be manager and why he is grateful to now be in a postion where he only manages himself. He shares his story as to why he decided to cut the leadership route off and focus on working for himself and not a team.

BEING HUMBLE

One of the topics that came with leadership was being cocky. There are some leaders who act cocky and believe that they must maintain that persona to be respected.

Although, when it comes to being humble. Being humble has a better reward due to the fact that you never feel like you are better than anyone else. It also aids in better team morale and certain activities where learning never ends.

We also speak about life and how you can honestly lose everything in a couple days. Whenever savings is depleted and there are layoffs, there is nothing we can really do and we are put in a crucial situation.

Knowing this its always good to remember when you do have a job to be grateful always.
